Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This is a seven-foot square crazy quilt I made using extra items from my Girl Scout collection. I consider it to be a low-relief, mixed media sculpture.
From the mid 1950's to the early 1970's there was a boom in membership.
This uses actual Girl Scout sashes complete with pins and ribbons; I have soft-sculpted 16 little troopers to 'wear' vintage 8" doll uniforms; the front of uniform dresses; and both Brownie and Intermediate/Junior ties...and so many more artifacts.
The quilt has been on display at Girl Scout First Headquarters, Lake Mary Museum, and both in between and currently is on loan to Girl Scouts of Citrus Council.
If you were a Girl Scout during these years, or knows someone who was, this quilt is full of memories.
I am just an old grandmother soul that has been creating since I first got a chubby baby fist on a crayon. For decades, I have worked in a variety of media, in many sizes, and in several themes. Some may reoccur and occasionally mingle with others. My artwork sprawls from impressionist over to, but never reaching, absolute realism. It reflects my life, mental state and interests. I adore dramatic color and very often lean towards a blue/orange dynamic. Skies are rarely calm, buildings should look old and lived in, and people should make you wish you could meet them.
