Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

One of the gates featured in my book "Gates of Savannah" (History Press).
I enjoyed the way the scooped out wooden gate frames and echoes the back archway gate.
The property at 112 was built for Wallace Cummings in 1871.
Visitors and residents of Savannah will note that the background has been altered. There is a hint of a building, and then, it just appears to be hazy clouds. In reality, there is a monstrously ugly sky-rise behind that reflects the surroundings in alternating strips of glass between
strips of concrete…ew! Please excuse the judicial use of my artistic license! Let’s just say it
was a really hazy Savannah summer day...one that draws a gauzy curtain within a block of
view.

About Merana Cadorette

Merana Cadorette

I am just an old grandmother soul that has been creating since I first got a chubby baby fist on a crayon. For decades, I have worked in a variety of media, in many sizes, and in several themes. Some may reoccur and occasionally mingle with others. My artwork sprawls from impressionist over to, but never reaching, absolute realism. It reflects my life, mental state and interests. I adore dramatic color and very often lean towards a blue/orange dynamic. Skies are rarely calm, buildings should look old and lived in, and people should make you wish you could meet them. I don't exactly have a 'chosen art form'. I began with hand-built figures, added watercolors, then acrylics. Along the way, I have tried marble, bronze-casting... I...
