Fantastic! It is so much fun to take an instant in time and get to live it for the hours it takes while we relive it and the ones that have led to it as we memorialize our love! Beautifully done Merana! f

Artist's Description

The idea springs from a recent visit with our grandson. AH, nine years old boys!
I present to you our little version of Klaus Baudelaire!
He had recently acquired these holographic glasses as an award; and was enjoying the "Series of Unfortunate Events"...and caroling "Look Away" (the show's theme) endlessly!
I decided to combine all the crazy weirdness into one painting.
I was inspired by both original Brett Helquist illustrations and Edward Gorey's work. This painting is on a wrapped canvas, so I have had to do some extra scan and photoshop work to get it all here.
